Our 12″ x 8″ x 1/4″ large slate tile memorial will hold up to three lines of text. This memorial is fully customizable; the options are shown below. Slate is a natural material that can vary in appearance; each memorial is unique.

Quarried in Vermont, our slate tiles are a lovely gray. We blast your personalization then complete the process with a weather-resistant black Lithichrome paint.
